Adele Julia Pylypyshyn, 94, of Springfield, NJ, passed away on April 2, 2022. A funeral service will be held at Bradley, Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Ave. in Springfield on Friday, April 8th at 12:00pm. Relative and friends are invited to visit from 10am to 12pm prior to the service. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
A longtime resident of Springfield, Adele worked for many years at Bell Atlantic prior to her retirement. She loved bird watching, the opera and garage sales and will be fondly remembered for cutting out pictures to include in greeting cards, her kindness and love for family and always putting others before herself.
Adele was the beloved wife of 63 years to the late Semon “Sam” Pylypyshyn. She was the dear sister of Helen Schuettler and Anna Rose Kolot Hartley. She is also survived by brother in law Stephen Pylypyshyn, sisters in law, Alice Murphy and Alice Pylypyshyn as well as many other loving nieces, nephews and relatives.
