Alan T. Simmons,51, died at home in Whippany, NJ on November 5th. Alan worked at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living as a Maintenance Supervisor prior to that he worked at Home Fuel Oil in Bergan County. He was a graduate of Whippany Park High School , class of 1978.He was a motorcycle enthusiast especially Harley Davidsons . Previously deceased is his father Vincent Simmons. Father of Sean Simmons and Jacqueline Simmons; both of Rockaway , NJ. Beloved son of Elizabeth Simmons nee McGowan. Brother of Carlton and his wife Debra of Phoenix, AZ, Linda Cambria and her husband Michael of Reading, PA, and Bruce and his wife Loretta of Madison, NJ. Good friend of Alan and the Simmons family, Barbara Cicconi and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd. on Tuesday November 13 at 11am. Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park.
