Albert H. Krayl, 89, of Chatham (formerly of Newark) passed away at his home on January 7th.
Born and raised in Newark where he graduated from East Side High School, Albert moved to Chatham 8 years ago. He had served in the Submarine Division of the U.S. Navy during WWII. Albert had worked for King Manufacturing in Union, Becker Printing in Newark, and Cooper Industries, also in Newark. He was past member and Elder with the Trinity Reformed Church in Newark and enjoyed reading.
Albert was the beloved husband of 61 years to Eileen. He was the loving father of Alan Krayl and his wife Angelina, and Alyson Krayl and her husband Gerald Gray. He is also survived by his cousin Erma Emmons as well as 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
