Angie Kawan, 89, of Manchester, NJ, formerly of Summit, passed peacefully on February 3, 2015. Born and raised in Madison, NJ, Angie lived in Summit for 70 years, before moving to Manchester a few years ago. Angie is pre-deceased by her husband Anthony and her son Joseph. She is survived by her son Michael and his wife Gail, her grandchildren, Jenna Kawan, Christine Hemler and her husband Rick and her two great-grandchildren, Isabel & Colin Hemler. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 10:45 am at St. Teresa of Avila Church, Summit. Interment St. Teresa’s Cemetery. Visiting hours, Friday from 9 am to 10:15 at the Bradley Brough & Dangler Funeral Home, 309 Springfield Ave, Summit, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Angie’s name may be made to St. Teresa of Avila Church, 306 Morris Ave. Summit, NJ, 07901.
