Angie Scalera-Adoring Aunt
Angie Scalera, 81, passed peacefully on March 16, 2013. Born and raised in Newark, Angie has lived in Springfield for the last 20 years. She was a Nurses Aid with Columbus Hospital in Newark for many years, retiring 19 years ago. She is pre-deceased by her parents Louis and Carmela Bove Scalera, her sister Madeline Formato and her brother Judge Nicholas Scalera. Angie is survived by her brothers, Vincent, Frank and Louis Jr. and her sister Mickey Spagnoletti, also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews..
