Ann Baranowsky, (nee Lamanec), 97, of Cedar Knolls, NJ, passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 18, 2024. Ann was born in Whippany, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Cedar Knolls, NJ. She loved camping, the beach, and the many adventures with her family. Ann was a school bus driver with Mazzocchi Bus Co. for many years and loved driving. She enjoyed being the center of attention at family gatherings and making everyone laugh.
Ann is pre-deceased by her husband Anthony Baranowsky. She is survived by her two daughters, Theresa and husband Ed Cashen, Amy and husband Rich Reifler, grandmother of Eddie Cashen, Amanda Dichter and husband Eric, Anthony Reifler, Jeff Reifler and wife Rachel, Lindsay Cashen, Jake Reifler, and Olivia Cashen, and eight great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 9:30 am at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church, 75 Ridgedale Ave. Cedar Knolls, NJ. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Whippany, NJ. Visiting hours, Monday, January 22, 2024, from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Bradley Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd. Whippany, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann’s name may be made to: Meals on Wheels-Morristown, 29 Elm St. Morristown, NJ 07960.
