Ann M. Leonett, 96, of Chatham, NJ, passed away on January 23, 2024. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick Church, 85 Washington Ave. in Chatham on Friday, February 2nd at 10am. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visiting hours at Wm. A. Bradley & Funeral Home, 345 Main St. in Chatham will be on Thursday, February 1st from 4 to 8pm.
Born in Newark, the daughter of Vincent and Mary (Ferraro) Marino, Ann was raised in West Orange. She moved to Chatham 56 years ago. Ann worked for many years as a secretary at Joseph H. Reinfield Company in Newark. A longtime and active parishioner at St. Patrick’s and the Chatham Seniors, Ann enjoyed travel and will be fondly remembered for her warm smile and sense of humor.
Ann was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Leonett, Sr. She was the dearest sister of Josephine Marino and stepmother of Anthony Leonett. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael and Victoria, her niece Margaret Marino and nephews, Vincent Marino (Vita), Anthony Marino (Maria) and Joseph Marino (Jeanine). She is predeceased by her brother, Anthony V. Marino and his wife Margaret.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
