Art was born in Binghamton NY to Anna McNulty and Gerald E O’Loughlin. He is survived by his sister Ann Marie Crawford of Grand Island NY and 20 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Robert (7/1/27-9/1/17), Gerald (9/10/30 – 8/26/03) and Thomas (9/19/34-6/11/16).
Art grew up in Binghamton and attended Union College (Schenectady, NY) where he played football and was president of his fraternity, Delta Phi. He graduated with a degree in electrical engineering and spent 3 years in the Air Force. Art lived in Chatham NJ and spent the majority of his career working as a professional engineer for Kruse and Associates in Jersey City. Art loved to dance and spent much of his free time on the ballroom floor.
