~~Bernard “Bernie” Millman, 77, of Cedar Knolls passed away at Morristown Memorial Hospital on October 13th. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel, 75 Ridgedale Ave, Cedar Knolls on Friday, October 17th at 10am. Friends are invited to visit at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd, Whippany, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. Born and raised in Orange, Bernie had also lived in So. Orange before moving to Cedar Knolls 42 years ago. He worked at Automatic Switch in Florham Park for 40 years until his retirement in 1999. Bernie was also the owner of Par-Troy Motors in Parsippany. A long time parishioner at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel, he was a sports enthusiast and loved playing golf. Bernie will be fondly remembered for the love and devotion to his family.
Bernie was the beloved husband of 50 years to Carol. He was the loving father of Stacy Gebbia and her husband Anthony and Jennifer Millman. He is also survived by his cherished granddaughters, Hannah and Emma Gebbia, his brother John Millman, niece Maryellen Millman and nephews, Aaron Millman and John Millman. He is predeceased by his brother Raymond.
