C. Jean Wolf, of Bridgewater, passed away at her home on April 29, 2020. She was 94.
Born in Hammond, Indiana on June 13, 1925 to the late Clifford R. Wiggins & Helen S. Wiggins (nee Schmidt), Jean grew up in Sterling, Illinois.
She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and graduated in 1947
Jean married Elmer C. Wolf Jr. on August 25, 1951. They lived in Maplewood, and then raised their family in Green Village, NJ.
She taught 4th grade in Chatham Township Public schools for 18 years and moved to Arbor Glen in Bridgewater, NJ 1998
She was active in the choral group in Arbor Glen as well as the Christian Science churches in Maplewood, Summit and Manville.
Jean was the beloved wife of the late Elmer C. Wolf, Jr. She is survived by her loving sons, R. Scott and Donald Wolf and their wives Denise and Sue, her grandchildren Sarah, Brendan, Erin, Michael, and Allison, her great grandchildren Genevieve, Milan and Jax, her brother James Wiggins, nieces Patricia Baldwin, Janice Cheeseman, Linda Dzera, and nephew Thomas Wiggins.
