Carol V. Kullman – Swindell of Chatham, N.J. passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 18, 2022, at the age of 78. She was born on June 26, 1943, in Frenchtown, N.J. to Verna (nee Bloom) and Sigmund Kullman. Carol had lived in Milford, N.J. for over 40 years prior to moving to Chatham in 2008.

She worked in the distribution department for the Koh-I-Noor / MontBlanc Company Bloomsbury, N.J. for 10 years prior to her retirement in 2000. Previously to working at MontBlanc she was employed as an assembler in the manufacturing division of Johnson and Johnson.

Carol was the devoted wife of William G. Swindell for 10 years. She is survived by a sister, a brother, and her faithful Labrador Retrievers James and Daniel.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 50 years.  Carol was a devout reader of the Bible, often reading together with her husband Bill. She was a devoted homemaker, avid gardener and liked to sew. Carol was gentle, loving, kind, thoughtful, and extremely compassionate.

Visitation Hours:
A visitation will be held at the Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Chatham, on Friday January 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Funeral:
There will be a prayer service during the visiting hours at 3:00 p.m. at Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home.
Committal:
Cremation will be private.
