Clara (Sue) Rothacker
Sue Rothacker, 66, of Iselin, New Jersey passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017 at Margaret Mclaughlin McCarrick Care Center.
Sue was born on August 27, 1950 in Scranton, PA. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter and Doris (nee Myers) Santiso.
Sue worked as a Manager for Schering-Plough in Kenilworth for many years and most recently worked at Onyx. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Sue was an avid reader and loved to knit, crochet and do needlework. She loved to travel and take pictures and enjoyed golfing, bowling and skiing. She was an active fan of Rutgers intercollegiate athletics. Sue was active in her church’s Prayer Shawl group and Bible study. She enjoyed spending time baking and cooking with her son and husband, and always loved being a wife and mother.
Sue is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Gary Rothacker, as well as her son, Tim Rothacker. She is also survived by sister Jan Santiso, sister-in-law Denise Tuttle (Doug), brother-in-law Randy Rothacker, niece Jody Tuttle and nephew Dave Tuttle (Bridget) and nephew Craig Rothacker.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave., Union, NJ 07083. A funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in the funeral home. An interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sue’s memory to First Presbyterian Church of Iselin, NJ.
