Dorothy Lillian Hull went home to be with The Lord on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at the home of her daughter and son in law Donna and Steven Owlett in Fort Collins, Colorado. Dorothy and her husband Merriman lived in Union, NJ for over 50 years prior to her move to Colorado. Dorothy worked as a long distance supervisor with New Jersey Bell for 15 years and Union County Division of Aging for 11 years. In addition to being a loving wife, mother and friend, Dorothy served the church in many ways and was a very generous and giving person
Dorothy was pre-deceased by her son Dennis John Hull in 2006 and her loving husband of 64 years Merriman in 2010. She is survived by her only daughter Donna Hull Owlett and her husband Steven, two precious grandchildren Andrew and Ashley Owlett-both whom she loved and adored, her brother Roger Reeves, niece Valerie Walters of Delaware, Brenda Martindale of Michigan, and nephews Wayne Reeves of California, Michael Reeves of Delaware, and Rodney Reeves of Pennsylvania. In addition, Dorothy is survived by her cousins, Elizabeth Hull Olson of Allentown, NJ, Kathryn Olson and son David of Basking Ridge, NJ, and Karen Olson Manniso of Newark, Delaware.Dorothy will be sadly missed but is with her son and husband in heaven with The Lord.
