Edward G. Bullock, Jr., 74 of Cedar Knolls, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 6, 2017, surrounded by his family. Born in Morristown, Edward was a lifelong resident of Cedar Knolls. A veteran of the US Navy, he served during the Vietnam War. He had a 35 year career with Automatic Switch in Florham Park. He was a member of the Hawthorne Caballeros and the Morris Choral Society. He was a Hildale Park Presbyterian Church Elder and choir member, and a Civil War reenactor, having played a role in the movie ‘Gettysburg”. Edward enjoyed traveling, cruises, photography and bowling. In his younger years he also enjoyed playing baseball and flag football. Predeceased by his parents Edward G., Sr and Gertrude, and brother Richard Sr. Edward is survived by his sister Jean; sister in law Sandra; nephew Richard Jr. ; niece Diane; and great niece and nephew John and Gianna. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10am at Hildale Park Presbyterian Church, 85 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls. Entombment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover. There will be a visitation at the Bradley Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd., Whippany on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.
