~~Elvira M. Gisoldi, 75, of Bedminster (formerly of Chatham) passed away at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Somerville on November 11, 2015. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 85 Washington Ave in Chatham on Monday, November 16th at 10:30am. Interment will follow at St. Teresa Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit at Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main St, Chatham on Sunday from 4 to 8pm. Born in Summit, the daughter of Frank and Erisilia Gisoldi, Elvira was raised and resided in Chatham before moving to Bedminster in 1996. A graduate of Bayley Ellard and St. Elizabeth College in Convent Station, Elvira worked in research at both Ciba-Geigy in Summit and Johnson & Johnson in Belle Mead. She was a member of the Woman’s Club of Morristown, the Bonafides of Somerset Hills, the Johnson & Johnson Retiree Club, Mansion in May, through the Morristown Medical Center, and the Chatham Community Players. Elvira enjoyed Bocce ball, bridge, mahjong, sewing, crafts and travel.

Elvira is survived by her dear sister and brother, Angela Pariso and Deacon Frank Gisoldi and his wife Antoinette, her beloved niece, Teresa Tighe and her husband Patrick and her cherished grandnephew Owen Tighe. She is predeceased by her sister Pauline Mazza.
