Flora Maningas Bartucci, 58, of Union, NJ passed peacefully at Newark Beth Israel Hospital on January 4, 2022. Born and raised in Quezon Province, Philippines, she also lived in Bayonne, NJ, before moving to Union about one year. Flora was a housekeeper for 6 years with LBB Holdings in Katonah, NY. She was a member of the Servants of Jesus, Mary and Joseph in Bayonne, NJ, and Handmaids of the Lord. Flora received her Bachelor’s degree from Far Eastern University in the Philippines. She enjoyed dancing, getting dressed up, serving her community SJMJ (Servants of Jesus, Mary & Joseph), and Handmaids of the Lord. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Flora is survived by her daughter Kirsten Canda and her boyfriend Michael Petz, her son Kian Canda and her two sisters, Yolanda Caraan and Buenafe Dy.
Visiting hours will be held at Bradley Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 425 Morris Ave. Springfield NJ on, Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 3 pm to 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 10:15 am at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 1212 Kelly St, Union, NJ.
