Helen C. Brennan, of Short Hills, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She was 93. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Brennan and is survived by her brother, William Cigliano of Ocean Port, NJ.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills, on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 10:00 am. An entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, East Hanover. Friends may call at the Bradley, Smith and Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Ave, Springfield on Wednesday from 4-7 pm.
Helen attended Kean College and graduated from Berkeley. She was a Vice-President of National State Bank and director of Human Resources through many mergers now known as Wells Fargo.
She was a volunteer with the Millburn Red Cross and New Eyes for the Needy in Short Hills. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Life Lighters and the Ladies Auxiliary.
