Helen F. Sarnoff (nee Cone), 86, of Morristown passed away at Garden Terrace Nursing Home in Chatham on April 22nd.
Born and raised in Morristown, Helen had also lived in Teaneck, Fair Lawn, and Tinton Falls. She was a graduate of Ohio State University. Helen had worked for many years as a teacher in the Paterson, NJ, school system. She loved sewing, gardening, snorkeling and travel. Helen will be fondly remembered by her family and friends for her witty sense of humor and love of her family, especially her grandchildren.
Helen was the beloved wife of the late Abraham Sarnoff. She was the loving mother of Hedy Weinstein of Mendham and cherished grandmother of Julie Weinstein and Andrew Weinstein. Her sister Lois Carol Cone died previously.
