Helmutt N. Hamann, 77, of Madison passed away peacefully on February 25, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, Pa, and resident of Madison for 25 yeas. Formerly the Executive chef (R&D) with Hega Food in S. Plainfield, NJ and Past President, ICF.ACF, Big Apple Chapter & Team Leader of the NY Culinary Olympic Team (1984-2006). He is survived by his wife Edith Hamann (nee Hoier), his two stepsons Andre and Mark Stipanovic, their spouses, 4 grandchildren, his sister, brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
