Jane Grant Lenahan, originally of Williamstown, MA and recently of Florham Park, NJ died peacefully at home on Saturday 2ndJune. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 6th at 2:15pm at East Lawn Cemetery, Williamstown MA. She is the daughter of Francis V. Grant and Pauline Davies Grant of the White Oaks section of Williamstown MA. Jane loved life – balancing a career as a world-renowned hematology researcher, with a love of nature, animals, travel and education. Jane graduated from Elmira College in 1946 with a degree in Chemistry, leading to a career that was capped in 2008 with the Harold R. Roberts award, from the International Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis. Jane was married in 1948 to Ralph B. Lenahan of Westfield NJ, and is survived by her son, Grant Francis Lenahan, and leaves her many friends and colleagues around the world with wonderful memories and great respect.
