Jean (Sica) Bono

Jean (Sica) Bono, recently of Sun City Center, Florida, passed away on February 2, 2022. She was 92.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, she was the last of nine children of Jenny and Rocco Sica.  After meeting Joseph Bono, Jr while working at ITT in Nutley, they were married in 1955. They were married 53 years before his passing in 2009.  They were long-time residents of Cedar Knolls, New Jersey and parishioners of Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church before moving to Palm Coast, Florida

Jean enjoyed game shows, puzzles, the beach and playing cards with her family.  She loved playing the slots and was devoted to the Rosary, praying it daily.

She was the beloved mother to Marion & Victor Miranda, Richard & Carol Bono, and Joseph Bono III & Ann Bono; loving grandmother to Linda, Victor, Deanna, Anthony, Matthew, and Zachary and great grandchild Sarah.
