~~Joanne Rudy, 67, of Union passed away at Cornell Hall Nursing & Rehab on February 3, 2015. A Funeral Service will be held at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave, Union on Wednesday, February 11th at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
Born in Newark, Joanne was a lifelong resident of Union. She received a degree from the Berkeley Business School in East Orange. Joanne was employed as a legal secretary with Monroe Markovitz, Esq. in Union where she has worked for the past 46 years. She loved playing Bingo at the Boys and Girls Club of Union County in Union. In her younger years she enjoyed painting and playing tennis. Joanne will be fondly remembered for her warm and good natured spirit, her generosity and most of all, her love and devotion to her family and her work.
Joanne is survived by her dear cousins, Carole Meyer, Patricia Zimmerman and Kathleen Nimberger as well as many other relatives.
