Mr. Joseph Boorujy, age 90 passed away on December 24, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Joseph was a proud Navy veteran who served during WWII in the Pacific fleet. He was a member of The American Legion and participated in various Veterans Day events. In addition, Joseph also volunteered his time at the Lyons VA Hospital.
During his working career he was an aerospace engineer before retiring.
Mr. Boorujy was a past President and Vice-President in the Florham Park Seniors Club.
Joseph leaves behind his loving wife of 64 years, two sons, a daughter-in-law, cherished granddaughter and relatives. He was predeceased by his youngest son.
Funeral arrangements are private. A Celebration of Life Service in honor of Joseph will be held on Saturday January 27th , 12pm at Ogden Memorial Presbyterian Church, 286 Main Street, Chatham, NJ 07928.
