Kathryn Gardella, (nee Soriano), 95, formerly of Springfield passed away on Friday November 4, 2011. Kathryn was born in Newark and lived in Springfield for 57 years before moving to Brighton Gardens in Mountainside in 2009. She was an active member in the Springfield and St James Senior Citizen Groups.
Kathryn was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Joseph Gardella and mother of the late Richard Joseph Gardella. Surviving are her sons Robert Joseph Gardella and his wife Christine of Mountainside, and John Joseph Gardella and his wife Susan of Walnut Creek CA.
Kathryn had four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
