Leah W. Roberts

Leah W. Roberts, 89, of Chatham Township, NJ, passed peacefully on March 10, 2015. Born and raised in Allentown, Pa., Leah lived in Chatham Township for 47 years. She was loving and caring, and always left smiles and laughter in her wake. She was a former member of T.W.I.G.S. at Overlook Hospital and loved to read, do jigsaw puzzles and spend time with friends and family. Leah is pre-deceased by her husband of 55 years, the late Frank Frederick Roberts; she will be missed by her son Frank Jr. and his wife, Catherine, of East Windsor; her daughter, Sharon Waldron and her husband Peter, of Summit; her sister Janet Sander of Allentown, PA, and her seven grandchildren, Kathleen, Caroline, Frank III, Victoria, Kyle, Jameson and Lilly. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 11 am at The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township, 240 Southern Boulevard, Chatham Township. Family Promise is a family homeless shelter program here in the suburbs.
