M. Eileen Vena

M. Eileen Vena (nee Moran) was born in Bloomfield, NJ on 10/10/1931 to William J Moran and Margaret Ryan Moran.

Eileen was predeceased by her parents, sisters M Patricia Smith and Joan Collins and brother Robert M Moran as well as her husband of 60 years Valentine Vena, who passed in 2014.

Eileen and Val resided in East Orange, NJ; Whippany, NJ; and Brick, NJ before Eileen relocated to Plymouth, MI and then Fort Mill, SC.

Her children are Leonard (Nancy) of Fort Mill, SC; Jeanne Casares of Penfield, NY; John (Naoko) of Plymouth, MI; Mary Mancuso (Joe); and Steve (Patricia).

Eileen leaves behind eleven grandchildren Brittany Morhac, Courtney Vena, Olivia Rybicki, Katherine Mohnke, Matthew and Michael Mancuso, Andrew and Caroline Vena, Valentine, Michael and Mia Vena, as well as 3 great grandchildren:  Fletcher Mohnke, Chloe Morhac, and Julian Rybicki.

Eileen retired from AT&T Information systems.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, February 11th from 4-8pm at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road, Whippany. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 90 Whippany Road, Whippany, on Monday, February 12th at 10:00 a.m.  An interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Wounded Warriors are welcome.
