Margaret “Jane” Johnston

Margaret “ Jane” Johnston of Whippany, passed away peacefully on Friday June 8, 2012 , at Care One in Parsippany surrounded by her loving family. Born in Newark to Wm. and Mary Nugent, she has lived in Whippany for the past 41 years. Jane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother . She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years , George W. Johnston Sr. of Whippany. Loving mother of two; Bob and his wife Joy of Whippany and George Jr. and his wife MaryAnn of Cedar Knolls. Cherished grandmother of Shawn Johnston and his wife Gina Johnston, Kimberly and her husband JB Landers all of Whippany, Kathleen and her husband Justin Nardone of Chicago, IL, Amy and her husband Paul Irwin of Great Falls, VA. Beloved great grandmother of Keri Landers, Sarah Irwin, and Thomas Irwin. The Johnstons would like to thank Care One for all the compassion and care they provided over the last year. She will always be remember for her kind and caring way and the love she had for those around her including her many pets especially, Buster.

Friends may call to the Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd Whippany on Tuesday June 12 from 6-9pm.
