Marilyn A. Dobis, of Wharton, passed away at Morristown Medical Center after a year-long battle with cancer. She was 71.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Chatham, NJ, she attended Bayley Ellard High School and was a graduate of Seton Hall University.
Marilyn was enjoying retirement after a long and successful career as an IT Auditor in the Financial and Insurance industries.
Her great love was a “special day” spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving son James and his wife JoAnne and her 3 grandchildren Joshua, Leah and Jordan. She is also survived by her brother Paul Nesbitt, her sister Arlene Smith and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
