Marilyn Ebel Berry, 73, formerly of Dover and Rockaway Township, New Jersey, passed away on August 20, 2019 at the Morris View Healthcare Center in Morris Township, New Jersey. A Memorial Service will be held at the New Providence United Methodist Church in New Providence, New Jersey on October 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM, with funeral arrangements by the Bradley, Brough & Dangler Funeral Home of Summit and committal at the Memorial Garden of the Methodist Church.
Ms. Berry was born on January 16, 1946 in Rego Park, Queens, New York City to the parents of Jay & Minna Ebel. The family then moved to New Providence, New Jersey where she attended New Providence High School and was a member of the National Honor Society.
She then attended Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York where she studied nursing.
Marilyn served as a volunteer at the Sacred Heart Elementary / Middle School in Dover, New Jersey where her daughter, Carolyn, attended school.
She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn A. Berry of Franklin Park, New Jersey, a brother, Christopher A. Ebel of Chatham, Massachusetts and former husband, Douglas K. Berry of Cape Coral, Florida.
