Marjorie A. Walsh, 88, of Madison, NJ passed away on March 12, 2018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent Martyr Church, 26 Green Village Rd. in Madison on Friday, March 16th at 10am. Interment will follow at New Vernon Cemetery. Born and raised in New York City, the daughter of Joseph and Catherine (Brooks) Morgin, Marjorie graduated from Julia Richmond High School. She also lived in in Rego Park (Queens), Parkchester (Bronx) and Stuyvesant Town (NYC) before moving to Madison in 2002. Marjorie worked for many years as a secretary with the United States Postal Service. Prior to that she was a secretary in the Psychology Department at Fordham University. Marjorie was a member of the Madison Seniors and was an active volunteer with St. Vincent’s. She enjoyed Knitting, sewing, crafts and reading.

Marjorie was the beloved wife of the late Walter Walsh. She was the loving mother of Nancy McCormack and her husband William and Karen Gillingham and her husband Duke. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren; Kristen McCormack, Kevin Prior, Sarah McCormack, Katherine McCormack, Brendan Prior and Michael McCormack, her dear sister Catherine White, nieces Diane Driscoll and Judy Kape, and nephew Paul White.
