MerryBeth Johnson Torok, 51, of Summit, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Kindred Hospital.
MerryBeth was born on December 22, 1968 in Summit, New Jersey. She was the daughter of Mr. Dave Wellbrock and Sallie Johnson-Wellbrock.
She went to Millburn School for the deaf and was a 1987 of Governor Livingston High School, Berkeley Heights, NJ.
MerryBeth was a devoted mother to her children and loved spending time with her family. In her spare time, she liked taking trips to Long Beach Island and was a Disney enthusiast.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Joseph Torok and was the loving mother of daughter, Jade Torok and son, Cody Torok. In addition, she is survived by her father, Dave Wellbrock and stepmother Gloria, brothers; Justin Wellbrock, Zach Wellbrock and wife Ellen Croisier and Jake Wellbrock, uncle, Byron Smith and wife Debbie and cousins, Steve and John Smith.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Evangel Church, 1251 Terrill Rd, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076. Flowers are welcome, and other contributions can be sent to the Deaf Ministry at Evangel Church.
