Milide Metelot, 77, of Irvington Township, New Jersey, passed away on July 29th, 2021.
Born in Haiti and lived her life in Port-au-Prince with her husband Joseph J. Metelot before migrating to the United States in 1984 and settled in Irvington, New Jersey. Milide was a lifelong member of Eglise Baptiste De La Nouvelle Jerusalem Church and loved being a member of the choir. Milide was caring with everyone she came into contact with. Milide enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren, she enjoyed cooking everyone’s favorite dinner, and watching her favorite television shows. Milide will be dearly missed by her family.
Milide was the wife of Joseph J. Metelot. She was the loving mother of Myrlene Metelot, Gregory Metelot (Wife Bianca), Elizabeth Metelot (Husband Clifford). Milide is survived her loving grandchildren Stevenson, Gregory, Jacob, Nathan, Jeremiah Metelot, Noah Jean Louis, Khloe and Allison Blanc and she is also survived by her great grandchild Jayvens Metelot.
