Patricia A. Stalker, (nee Mader), 81, of Springfield, NJ, passed peacefully on April 1, 2021. Born in Irvington, she lived in Springfield for over fifty years. Patricia was the Co-Founder of the Catholic Volunteer Network with her brother, the late Fr. George Mader. In addition, Patricia worked for many years at Seton Hall University as an administrative assistant to various academic programs and departments including serving as the Assistant to the Rector of the College Seminary. She was also a parishioner of St. James the Apostle Church in Springfield. She placed her family and their well-being above all else. A perfect Mom who listened before speaking, who laughed instead of complaining, and made the best of every day. She loved summers in Upstate New York, holiday dinners with her family, and cheering for her son’s favorite sports teams. One of her favorite things was to decorate the family home for every holiday and season. Patricia is survived by her husband, Alan Stalker and her three sons, David, James & Joseph and many cherished nieces and nephews. Services will be private. www.bradleyfuneralhomes.com
