Priscilla F. Monticello, 81, of Springfield, NJ passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ.
Priscilla was born in Newark, New Jersey and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ignazio Monticello, and sister to the late Richard and Dennis Monticello.
She was a graduate of Jonathan Dayton High School, Springfield, NJ, and worked as a claims agent at Chubb Insurance for over 40 years. Priscilla enjoyed life and loved to socialize, garden, listen to music, bowling, and scratch-off lottery tickets.
Priscilla was the loving aunt to Melissa Purcell, Glenn, Bruce, Scott Monticello, Susan Maccarone, Dennis and David Monticello, beloved cousin to Michele Walton, and many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Bradley, Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081. A Mass of Christian of Burial will be 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at St. James the Apostle Church, 45 South Springfield Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081. An entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to Palliative Care at Overlook Hospital, 99 Beauvoir Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901.
