Raymond T Stallard of Whippany, New Jersey, passed away peacefully in his home on September 27, 2023 at the age of 91.
Raymond was the beloved husband of Valerie Gillian (née Rutherford) Stallard for 64 years.
Devoted father of Nicholas, Christina Dodman (Mark) and Sandra Neugeboren (Edward); cherished grandfather of Lila, Jessica, Julia, Abigail, Alexandra, Annaleah and Ashlyn; loving son of the late Arthur and Margaret Stallard; dear brother of Josephine, Arthur, Bette, David, Wendy and Elizabeth; also survived by loving nieces and nephews in England.
Born in Farnborough, Hampshire, England, Raymond went to sea as a young man and worked for the Cunard Shipping Lines on both the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth. He then settled in NJ and worked for the Upper Montclair Country Club for 33 years. Ray enjoyed skiing, cycling, music and a game of darts.
