Samuel V. Albania, Sr. of Union, New Jersey passed away on October 2, 2014 at the age of 79. He was born on September 14, 1935 in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines. He earned an Associate Degree in Education at St. John’s College in Manila, Philippines and worked as a sales representative for PHILUSA, Philippines. He later on established his own piggery and poultry business and also became established fisherman. Samuel and his wife migrated to New Jersey, USA on July 2009.
Samuel is survived by his wife, Rebecca Catequista, who he married on July 6, 1961 and their eight children ( Eunice, Loi, Felipe, Asuncion, Rebecca, Samuel Jr., Tim and Sheen) and their families including thirteen grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2014 at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth, 1100 Pine Ave., Union, NJ 07083. A funeral service will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Springfield Emanuel United Methodist Church, 40 Church Mall, Springfield, NJ 07081.
