Steven L. Giesler, 61, of Sandyston Twp., formerly of Chatham, New Jersey, passed away at home on December 17, 2018. Born in Morristown, Steve was raised in Chatham and has lived in Sandyston for over 25 years. He graduated from Waynesburg University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Steve was a Courier Supervisor for Atlantic Health System. A music fanatic, Steve was a drummer himself. He was a car enthusiast who enjoyed working on his cars and in his garden.
Predeceased by his father Raymond; Steve is survived by his wife of 40 years, Debbie; children Jon and his wife Amy, Raymond and his wife Ruth, Amanda Giesler Kaufman and her husband Brian, and Jared; grandchildren Carson and Autumn and Alexandria and Keira; mother Mary Grace Giesler; his sister Cheryl Ann Reardon, her husband James and their son Logan. Steve will also be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers and friends.
There will be a visitation on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 2-6pm at the Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main Street in Chatham. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Steve may be made to the American Heart Association or the Blue Ridge Rescue Squad of Branchville.
