Tseng Chang Chiang, 68, of Whippany, NJ peacefully passed away the morning of September 15th at home surrounded by the love and comfort of his family. “Jack” was born in Hsinchu, Taiwan to Chiang Tien Fu and Chan Mu Tan. He moved to the United States in 1984 and has lived in Whippany for over twenty years. Recently retired, he enjoyed spending time with his family, volunteering, and traveling.
Jack is survived by his wife Lieu Lu Chiang, his daughters Ling Yacoub, Chung Chiang, and Angela Chiang, his brother Chiang Hong Wei, his sisters Lin Chiang Ying Yu, Pai Chiang Yu Yin, and Chiang Yu Mei, his sons-in-law Mark Yacoub and Michael Konrad, grandchildren Elise and Ernest Konrad, Louise and Madeleine Yacoub, grand-dog Maximilian, many nieces, nephews, and close relatives. He will be deeply missed.
