Vincent Angelo DeLouisa, of Springfield, died at his home on March 7, 2012. He was 50.
Born and raised in Elizabeth, Vincent moved to Springfield in 1992
Mr. DeLouisa drove a taxi cab for Mac’s Taxi in Elizabeth until the late ‘80’s, when he took a position as a correction officer with Union County at the Union County Jail where he currently worked.
He was a member of PBA Local No. 199, where he was President from 1996-2002.
A very spiritual man, Vincent was an active member of Calvary Tabernacle of Cranford since 1998. He loved God and Jesus with all his heart.
He loved taking cruises and will be remembered for his great sense of humor and laugh.
He is the beloved husband and best friend for 30 years of Jo Ann. Brother of John DeLouisa and his wife Pat of Hillside, Rosemarie Miciak of Bernardsville, Michelle Kemprowski and her husband Pete of the Toms River area, the late Jeanette DeLouisa-Southern and the late Theresanne Rodriguez. He was also pre-deceased by his parents, Vincent and Theresa.
