Plan for the Future
Virginia McDermott (“Ginny”), formerly of Short Hills for 60 years, passed away on January 1, 2022. She was 90 years old.
Ginny was a graduate of Columbia High School and Hood College and worked for 40 years at Robert Wood Johnson/St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, retiring at 84 years old as a Medical Records Administrator.
She was the wife of the late Thomas C. McDermott. She is the loving mother of Thomas C. McDermott, Jr. and Charles Gilbert McDermott. She is also survived by her brother John W. Green and 5 Grandchildren, Alyssa, Catherine, Daniel, Morgan and Maddie McDermott.
A memorial service is being planned for later in the Spring.
