William Frank Ritzer III “Billy Ritzer”, 59, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on September 30th, 2022. Born in Dover, NJ, William was raised in Wharton, NJ where he graduated from Morris Hills High School. After graduating high school William enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served for 4 years. Currently he was employed at Chancey Metals in Jacksonville, FL. Some of William’s hobbies included fishing, boating and skiing.
William is survived by his father, William Frank Ritzer Jr. and his wife Moonja, his sister Kim Ulrich and her husband Rob, his sister Dawn Burd and her husband Steve, his brother Jason Ritzer and his wife Kamola, his brother Aaron Ritzer and his girlfriend Jin, his daughter Nicole Hill and her husband Daniel, his son Darion Ritzer, his daughter Samantha Ritzer, his grandchildren Hunter, Sadie, and Tanner Hill and Aiden and Derek Ritzer, as well as many beautiful nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Kathleen Ritzer, brother Richard Ritzer, and nephew Ryan Ritzer.
