William L. Jacobsen
September 25, 1929 – December 3, 2021
Kind, strong, gentle, tough, admired and loved by everyone who knew him. Top man in construction for forty years. He put the Hubble telescope on the spaceship, and hit a single off Whitey Ford in semi-pro. Walked the Brooklyn Bridge every morning for many years and called “The mayor of the Brooklyn Bridge” by the neighbors. The best of husbands and fathers. Survived by his wife, Sue Ellin, and his stepdaughter, Tae Ellin. The best gift we could ever have had.
