Wilma M. Allan, 99, of Morristown passed away at Wynwood of Florham Park on March 31st. A Funeral Service will be held at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd, Whippany on Friday, April 4th at 10:00am. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Friends are invited to visit on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.

Born in Trenton and raised in Morrisville, PA, Wilma had also lived in Verona and Morristown for over 50 years. She attended the Drake College of Business in Newark. Wilma had worked as a secretary for Peter Frelinghuysen and later for Pasquale Bros. Construction in Parsippany. She was a 50 year member of both the First Presbyterian Church of Whippany and the Order of the Eastern Star, Verona Chapter 152. Wilma enjoyed travel and was a great cook (especially pies).

Wilma was the beloved wife of the late Frank Summer, and the late Richard S. Allan. She was the loving mother of Frank Summer and his wife Dawn, cherished grandmother of Brian Summer and his wife Joyce, and Dawn Lerro and her husband Tony and great grandmother of Tony, Jr., Brice, Dylan, Summer, and Devin. Her brother Albert Melville died previously. In lieu of flowers, donation in Wilma’s memory may be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation, 212 Trenton Rd, Browns Mills, NJ 08015
