Plan for the Future
Phyllis A. Brown, 74, of Chatham Township, went home to Jesus on January 23rd surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis was a life long native of NJ. She was a Kindergarten teacher until she met her life partner of 52 years, Jim Brown. They married and had three children. Phyllis’ passions and interests revolved around her family and church. Phyllis was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township (PCCT) for the past 41 years where she served as a Deacon and as a member of the Women’s Association. Phyllis also enjoyed participating in the King James ministry, Bible studies, and the prayer circle. In recent years, Phyllis was best known for her encouraging letter-writing ministry.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Jim Brown; three loving children, Sandy Iannetta and husband John, Karen Brown, Nancy Brown; and two loving grandchildren Jessica and Michael Iannetta.
