Barbara Ann Sibilia, 72, of Berkeley Heights, NJ, formerly of Union, NJ, passed peacefully on April 28, 2023.
Barbara was born and raised in Newark, NJ, then moved to Union in her adolescent years. She was a graduate of Union Catholic High School in Scotch Plains, NJ. Barbara was a Parishioner and Eucharistic Minister at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Union, NJ. She loved reading, Gettysburg, exercising, dancing and caring for her family. Barbara was an amazing, selfless, strong woman and adored by all. Being a mom was the greatest part of her life.
Barbara Ann is survived by her sons, Corey and Danny Russo, siblings, Donna Olsen, Debbie Sibilia and Wayne Sibilia, and her ex-husband, Dan Russo, also survived by her special nieces, nephews, Kristen, Laurie, Scott, Ralphie, Antonio, Michael and Lucas and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10:15 am from St. Michael the Archangel Church, Union. Interment Hollywood Memorial Park. Visiting hours, Wednesday, 3 pm to 7 pm at Bradley Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave. Union.
