Biagio “Gino” Ricci of Tewksbury, formerly of Basking Ridge, died on Monday, March 11, 2024 at his daughter’s home, while surrounded by family at the age of 88.
Born in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Benevento, Italy, he lived in Millburn for 22 years. Gino worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in Short Hills for 37 years as a skilled tailor. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church in Short Hills.
Gino was the beloved husband of 44 years to the late Carmela Ricci, who passed away in 2006. He was the loving father of Anna Renna and her husband Emilio, and Anthony Ricci. He was the cherished grandfather of Christopher, Greggory, Michael, Anna, and Lauren. He is also survived by former daughter-in-law Denise Ricci. Gino was predeceased by his parents, Donato and Maria Ricci, and brother, Giuseppe Ricci.
