Doris P. Kleissler, 94, passed peacefully on February 28, 2024. She was born in and resided in Union all her life. Doris enjoyed spending her earlier years camping with the family and taking yearly vacations to Wildwood and Cape May, NJ. She enjoyed helping out with preparing for many family picnics and dinners. She loved watching the Yankees with her sister, Carol. Doris will be sadly missed by all.
She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Robert, Leroy, Arthur, Emil and her sisters, Evelyn Adams, Nancy Redwood and Madeline Bond. She leaves behind her sister Carol Kleissler along with many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm with a Prayer Service at 12:15 pm at Bradley Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave. Union. Interment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ.
