Edward William Schuh, Jr. died on March 4, 2024. He was 93 years old.
Born and raised in Newark, N.J., Mr. Schuh was a graduate of Seton Hall Prep (then, the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts), and Seton Hall University.
He served three years in the Army during the Korean War. Upon his return, he was employed by I.T.T. Corp. for 13 years. Then he went to Western Union, International as Director of Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. Finally, he joined Edwards & Kelcey, Engineering in Morristown.
Mr. Schuh was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion Post 43 in Florham Park.
Upon his retirement, Mr. Schuh taught watercolor painting for some 20 years at the Morris County Art Group and the Chatham Twp. Senior Center.
Mr. Schuh is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rosemary; two daughters, Carolyn and her husband, Bret Palmer and younger daughter, Lois. There are 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
