Elwood “Woody” Fisher sadly but peacefully passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of seventy-five (75). Born on March 20,1947 and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Woody worked for the New York State Department of Parole for twenty-five (25) years, rising to and retiring at the distinguished rank of Bronx Bureau Chief. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and former colleagues.
Woody is survived by his sister Victoria Fisher, his nephews Connor Harding and Niall Harding and their significant others, Heather and Lisa, respectively, and Connor and Heather’s two young children.
