Francesco Perrone, of Whippany, NJ passed away on Thursday May 20, 2021. He was 97.
Francesco was born in Lioni Province of Avellino, Italy on May 24, 1923 to the late Angiolina Calabrese & Domenico Perrone.
He served in the Italian Army during WWII and was a POW of the Germany Army after being Honorably Discharged.
Married, he had two daughters, and had been a framer until he moved to the United States in September 1972 for better life. He had worked as a landscaper for many years before retiring.
He was a hardworking man that loved his family. He was generous, honest, loyal, & humble.
Francesco is survived by his wife of 72 year Rosina Perrone(De Santo), his daughters Domenica Perrone & Angela Powell (Perrone) her husband Joseph Powell. Two grandchildren Angela Powell-LaCapra & Michael Powell.
